1. What made you decide to get involved with dance marathon this year?
I have friends who had a great experience last year and a lot of my friends were doing it this year. I also love kids so this is a great opportunity to do something For the Kids!
2. What has been your favorite part of the marathon so far?
My favorite part was going out on Hooker Fields at night because it was a great way to wake up and hang out with friends.
3. What lifts you up when you've felt down at the marathon?
The picture of dancers, donors, and volunteers pursuing the kids and their families and wanting them to know they are loved is a reflection of the perfect way God pursues and loves every single person. Remembering this has reminded me that my strength comes from the Lord.
4. What are you most looking forward to at the end of the day?
I am so excited to meet the kids and hear their stories.
5. After your experience today, do you plan to be involved with CFTK next year?
Yes! I would love to be a part of the Hospital Committee. I want to be a part of making the kids feel welcomed and loved.
